Our Policies
Our Returns Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your goods, you
may return any of the following items to Aussieperfumes.com.au,
for any reason, for a full refund (we will also refund
the freight cost by normal Parcel Post if the return is because of our mistake):
- Any product in its original condition with original
packaging and accessories, any unopened (must be still
in its plastic wrap).
- We can only process returns and refunds for items
purchased from Aussieperfumes.com.au
- All fragrances are shipped out covered in bubblewrap where Aussieperfumes aren't liable for damages via Australia Post.
Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've
received and processed the returned item. You will receive
a refund in the same manner of payment originally used
for purchase within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your
return. If your return is not due to our error, we will
deduct the shipping costs from your refund. You can also
wish for a refund to be credit on your next purchase or
exchange for another fragrance (if kept in original condition).
Extra costs may be involved where credit left over will
be refunded.
Returns Are Simple!
Simply email our site, provide full details of your
original order:
Order ID
Order date
Your name
Your email address
A copy of the email requesting for a return
You must include the original shipping documents that
you received with your original order. This will help
us find your order to process the refund/return.
Returning a gift?
You'll receive a gift certificate for the value
of your return, which can be used at any time toward
your purchases at Aussieperfumes.com.au. The gift certificate
will be mailed to you at the same address to which the
order was shipped.
Did you use a promotional
voucher, code or certificate?
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return
with a promotional coupon or code, that part of your
refund will be credited to your account, available to
use the next time you place an order at Aussieperfumes.com.au.
This does not apply if the promotion has expired.
Packing and Sending Your
Return
Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt)
securely in an Australia Post Parcel Post satchel. Please ensure you use sufficient
padding to avoid damage in transit. We will refund the shipping cost of the Parcel Post satchel.
Lost parcels
In very rare cases, Express Post parcels may be lost where we may be able to issue a partial refund with Australia Post of $50. If you chose Register Post, you fragrances will be resent out.
I received my fragrance
as a gift?
What if the item was given to you as a gift, and you
don't have the packing slip or the order number? No
problem. Enclose a separate sheet of paper noting the
name and e-mail address of the person who purchased
the gift, along with the reason for your return, and
send the package to the appropriate address below:
